These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Mitigate608 LLC ("Mitigate608," "we," "our," or "us"). By agreeing to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.

Types of Messages

We offer two kinds of text messages. You choose each one separately.

  • Job messages: texts about your service request or job, such as replies to your inquiry, scheduling, arrival times, job updates, and billing notices.
  • Marketing messages: texts about our services, such as promotions, seasonal reminders, and requests for reviews. We send these only if you separately agree to receive them.

How You Agree

You can agree to receive texts by:

  • signing a written agreement with us that includes consent to text messages

You do not have to agree to marketing messages to buy any goods or services from us.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts from us. We will send one message confirming that you have opted out, and after that we will stop sending texts unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by contacting us using the information below.

Opting out of marketing messages does not opt you out of job messages, unless you ask us to stop both.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older, and the account holder for the mobile number or authorized by the account holder, to agree to receive texts from us.

We may update these SMS Terms by posting a revised version on our website. Changes take effect when posted.
